Overview

Position Summary

Attorney L. Minsky seeks a Social Media Content Producer. We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative individual who can think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and demonstrate effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the attorney to develop online marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the attorney to create social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote the attorney (e.g., multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and posts).
• Assist in search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility and attract organic traffic.
• Research industry trends and best practices to help shape marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in videography, including video editing skills, is highly desirable. 

Work Environment, Hours, & Pay

This position is expected to consist of both in-person and remote work, with in-person work taking place at 1524 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102. The position requires a weekly commitment of 10-20 hours per week; the timing of these hours is flexible depending on the candidate’s schedule. Pay is $27.50 per hour with bonuses for specified milestones.
