Land use and litigation attorney based in Jersey City with a specialty opposing inappropriate development projects seeks NJ licensed planning expert to testify before local land use boards.  Ability to offer compelling testimony and to work as a team is essential.  Experience as an expert witness and/or in municipal government would be a plus.  This would be an ideal opportunity for a new or growing planning consultancy seeking to expand into an underserved niche.
