(For Course Credit Only) Are you a results-driven health information student looking for an opportunity to dive into program engagement and results data to evaluate and provide analytical insights?

GoMo Health (Asbury Park, NJ, www.gomohealth.com) is seeking a Health Informatics Intern to support internal corporate and external client data analysis and presentation needs, working within the Strategy Department while being closely aligned with the Client Services, Sales, and Product Development teams. This is for a summer internship beginning in late May and ending in late August.

Key Responsibilities:
Identification of key programmatic measurements and data points: work closely with internal stakeholders and product development, as well as individual clients, to identify and coordinate strategic data collection opportunities based on specific project goals, scope, and populations.

Data analysis: work with individual project teams (and clients) to strategically develop reporting processes to accurately monitor and report on program success and ROI. Additionally, a key responsibility of this position will be to analyze executive level data for strategic insights and product growth.

Develop effective healthcare information systems: work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create reporting systems to accurately consolidate data from multiple sources.

Required Qualifications:
Working towards a degree in Health Informatics (or related field) and experience with data analysis, trending, and presentation.

Thrives in fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with competing and shifting deadlines –paying attention to timeliness and balancing all.

Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and excellent time management skills.

Autonomous, strong team player who proactively seeks solutions to complex challenges and communicates potential roadblocks ahead of deadlines to ensure deadlines are met.

Basic understanding of relational databases, proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Open to learning new processes, systems, and workflows – and shaping them for improvement as appropriate.

Passionate about creating strategic initiatives and process improvement.

A strong willingness to learn and grow within a team.
