Overview

We are a small, casual office that serves as headquarters for a busy company that develops and manages affordable housing throughout the state. We currently manage approx 100 units in 10 sites and are in the midst of developing more. Our mission is to provide safe, attractive affordable housing. 

We are looking for a smart, ambitious person to serve as right hand to the principal. Candidate should have strong analysis skills in order to prepare reports on the financial health of the properties via tenant ledger information (in yardi), vacancy and make ready reports, and making projections via budget/actual comparison. Applicant also will be responsible for analysis and preparation of forms, applications, and correspondence to advance development projects

You don’t need to be an accountant; you just need good excel skills and a willingness to learn. Affordable housing is never dull – there are interesting technical, legal, and administrative issues every day. Salary commensurate with experience. There are two cats in the office. This is full time in person. Site visits to the developments are occasional.
