Phillips Preiss Grygiel Leheny Hughes LLC, a planning and real estate consulting firm based in Hoboken, has an opening for a planner. This “generalist” planner position will introduce the selected candidate to a wide range of projects throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas. The firm’s work covers a wide range of topics, including zoning, master plans, redevelopment, development review, neighborhood planning and urban design. Candidates should be bright, flexible and hardworking, with good writing and GIS skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
