Overview
The analyst will provide implementation, analytical, and research support primarily on issues related to the accessibility of transportation network companies in our TNC Access Program. This role requires significant data analysis work and provides opportunities to work across programmatic areas by advising the team on data-driven policy recommendations. The analyst may assist on a broad array of transportation policy and program areas, including those related to autonomous vehicles (AVs), transportation network companies (TNCs) such as Uber and Lyft, transportation electrification, and other emerging transportation technologies. The PURA I’s primary duties include leading data analysis; supporting program implementation; supporting the development of recommendations on TNC and accessibility policy and program implementation; supporting the TNC Access for All data reporting program; supporting Division Management, Commissioner, and Administrative Law Judge briefings; and other transportation research, advisory, or implementation duties, as needed.
