Overview
Under direction of the Town Planner and Assistant Planner/Zoning Officer, examines the working plans of proposed buildings and structures for their compliance with local zoning laws; and, conducts field inspections and special investigations to ensure compliance with the Town Land Use Ordinance. The position has extensive interaction with residents and the business community, and thus, outstanding communication and customer service skills are a must.
