About The Role Zeno Group is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Purpose & Impact practice. In this role, you will support clients in advancing their ESG, sustainability, social impact, DE&I and purpose marketing strategies and communications. We’re looking for a motivated team player, an eager learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and someone who is passionate about doing work that makes a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

  • Understand key material topics relevant to clients and stay informed on ESG, sustainability and social impact trends
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in ESG and sustainability, sharing insights with the team
  • Conduct research, synthesize findings and provide actionable insights to inform client strategy and communications
  • Work closely with account team members to develop client materials such as reports, briefs, media materials, social content, presentations and thought leadership content

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and passion for ESG, sustainability and/or social impact strategy and communications
  • Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with the public relations, marketing, or communications discipline through past coursework, internships, or personal experiences.
  • MS Office proficiency is a must.
  • Must be pro-active and able to operate effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Pay rate: $18/hr.
