We are seeking a seasoned development consultant to help lead our fundraising efforts. This contracted position will work twenty (20) hours per week in close collaboration with our Executive Director, Director of Communications, project consultants, as well as board members, with a focus on building relationships with funders inside and outside the US. Candidates outside the US are encouraged to apply.
While this position does not require a background in CLTs (community land trusts), it does require a background in community development and a deep appreciation for the importance of community-led efforts to address the challenges of affordable housing, security of tenure, and localized food systems (to name a few of the applications of the CLT). As with all members of our team, this position will serve as an ambassador for the international CLT movement, both in individual meetings as well as in public forums.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We strongly encourage candidates from all backgrounds, communities, and identities to apply.
